WS rocks

Seen the finals between J.H and K.C.

Awesome match. Nice to see 2 very skilled players. Who are not just powerhitters.

I haven't enjoyed WS for a while but this really promises a lot.

Nice gesture of Kim to donate her prizemoney .

Yes that was a great match, much better that some of the men matches, but that´s it, Henin and Kim
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

The WTA has been struggling a few years now, hopefully the return of the belgian girls can make the tour more interesting. People must be tired of russian robots dominating the tour.

I often watch the wta tour on eurosport, and the stadiums are often pretty empty, even during the final. :?

Kim and Justine both play aggressive tennis but with a brain! They use all of the court whereas Safina et all play hard but without much width.

It's great they are back but the WTA has seen how such retirements is hurting their product, they need to do something about it in the next couple of years before the Belgians & Williams retire for good.

This year I expect Jankovic, Dementieva, Kuznetsova and Azarenka to be in the chasing pack, Sydney should be interesting next week.

The WTA website is so rubbish, it doesn't even have anything about the final, 3 hours after it finished! :x

UPDATE: What they do have though is news that Henin could face Williams in Sydney 2nd Round.

UPDATE2: BBC says Henin pulls out o Sydney with a leg injury.

Henin will thrash Serena, she is no where near the level she was when henin was around, and still was beat then, And the main reason i can see her pulling out of sydney was because she only entered it thinking she still wouldnt be at a competitive level for the australian, But as well all saw she did, so shes most likely conserving energy.

LOL in your dream! 6-2 6-0 2008 Miami
Henin got outplayed by Czink for ****'s sake.
Yeah, she only entered Sydney because she thought she would lose first round at Brisbane, too bad Petrova is a major choker.

Yep thats when henin was just about to retire, didnt want to play tennis. I was meaning when they were playing there best. AKA Henin taking out both williams sisters in 2007 US open, trounced serena 7-6 6-1

With the choking that went on in todays match, Henin wouldn't stand a chance against Serena. I just wanted a Dementieva vs Henin match because there matches are incredible. Indian Wells 2006 :D such a great match.

If you think 2007 Serena was playing her best tennis, then 2008 Henin was no doubt at her peak.
