Hey i work for NBA since a few weeks...(for french TV)
And it reminds me the good ol days when i was waking up in the middle of the night to watch Jordan,Barkley,Stockton,Clide the glide,... :P
But what i wanna say is : I worked on matchs where the Cavs were playing...(I just come back from work : Cavs/Heat...Wow!Lebron and Wade made a great show!)...But the guy i discover is...MO WILLIAMS! :P
This guy is awesome!...Great shooter!...Great assist-man!...Great defender!...
This guy doesn't seem to be cocky (like some others in sports nowadays...) but what a worker on court!
As you are almost the only US guys i can talk with,i was wondering what was your idea about him...And who were the other players (not known a lot) you like too...:)
(i dream of a Knicks team with Lebron-Wade-Noah-Parker-Superman! ;) :P )

(And if i'm not clear in my english it's because it's 6 am here,i'm up since 10 am and i was working from 1 to 5 am now...and weed is smashing me! :P )
PEACE!

Oh. That is cool! Wow. I am glad you landed a nice job! I like what you said about the New York Knicks. I would say that the New Jersey Nets need those great players as well.

I am disappointed with the Nets, for they were in the NBA Championship finals against the Spurs, was it?! :(

I was sad to see them lose.

Yeah Q, the Nets played the Spurs several years ago. I was equally disappointed when they lost, and then they gradually dismantled the whole team. :(

Man, I used to love the NBA, but over the past few years my interest has dropped to the point where I no longer follow it now. Among other things, I hated the rule changes that really limited defensive play, and I hated the trend of teams losing their identity by picking up/trading for a bunch of random stars and making a one or two year championship run, only to become absolutely horrible afterwards.

I don't know too much about Mo Williams, Matheja - all I know is that when I was watching, he was playing for Milwaukee and was one of those "spark plug off the bench" guys. When I was watching, my favorite guys were Kevin Garnett and Gilbert Arenas, but I could pretty much appreciate anybody that could play. My favorite teams were Detroit (for their top-notch defense) and Chicago (I loved their young group of guys like Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordon, and Tyson Chandler, and I loved Scott Skiles as their coach - I was really disappointed when they got rid of him).

I couldn't stand guys like Stephon Marbury...that dude has completely lost his mind. Have you guys seen any of his crazy television interviews or YouTube videos?

Yes sir. I am the same way MasterGregory42. That was the New Jersey Nets' peak and mine too. After that, they went down and so did I.

I even stopped tracking March Madness. Perhaps, when they get better, I will get in the game (no pun intended).

I hate too the way NBA went those last years...No defense sucks...
I didn't really like the Pistons bad boys...Too rude...I was a fan of some players...But i will endlessly support the Knicks!I hope everyday for a great team at Madison!Since the Ewings years...Nothing!Nada!...And i don't even talk about the Marbury "era"...This guy has no brain...And no respect for his sport and his fans...
Today i really like guys Kokbe,Ginobili,D.Howard,G.Arenas,STEVE NASH,Lebron,Wade,Noah...But i'm not a fan as i was in my youth (Jordan era...)

(I was sooo glad when Spurs beated Nets!...I don't like Kidd and as a Knicks supporter...Ah!:P )

Little off topic, but man Jordan was amazing. Him, Gretzky, and Federer I think are the most dominant and most genius athletes we've ever seen (in 'mainstream' sports, that is...I know there are brilliant athletes in lots of sports) I used to love watching Jordan play when I was in elementary school!!! In '96 I had the sweetest pair of Air Jordans 8) That's when I was last into basketball  I really liked Jordan above all, but also I was a big fan of Hakeem 'The Dream' Olajuwon, Shawn Kemp for his dunks, CHARLES BARKLEY, Larry Bird....man I feel old!!
