you know michael jackson is not a normal human. this guy had needed every possible drug to survive the next day.

so the doc only help him to survive after all the personell problems, scandals ,pain.

its not okay ,to criminal the doc.

when 1 person was criminel in that case ,than mj ,coz he ordered and start drug mecication.
(but hes also not guilty-it was his own decision to start that medication !! ) coz pain and and and

with a private doc (very clever MJ ) and enough money , every doc help you in all your problems.
and now to say :the doc is "guilty" is lame

my opinion is : the doc is NOT GUILTY !!
thats my private opinion.

Yes, but all medical doctors "supposed" to be under the law of ethics. If he was an ethical doctor, he would not and should not permitted such behavior from anyone, including Michael Jackson.

I think if this would have been anybody else, it would not have been a big deal (as in the story making the media). However, since it is Michael Jackson, the spotlight is on this doctor.

Many people want justice (now they will look at the law of ethics or anything for that matter to put this guy on trial).

Look, I can go and order 2000 vicodin or oxycontin at the doctor because I have horrible fingertip pain. If they give it to me and I am also given a morphine drip as a bonus for buying in bulk, there is negligence on the part of the doctor handing out the meds, because I will die.

Any doctor knows the dangers inherent in taking so many meds simultaneously, I think it's a pretty clear cut case of negligence unless MJ was somehow collecting multiple prescriptions from different doctors.
