Surprisingly i disagree . The ball is either milliseconds away from leaving Sneijder's foot or has just left his foot. Sneijder's stance when giving a through pass is very typical. In this situation he wont swing his leg through much and come in contact with the ball earlier then you might expect. Van Persie's feet are actually pretty much lined up with the defenders feet. There isnt a camera angle in the world that can change that. Van Persie is too close to the defender for the camera position to scew up the relative positions of the players.
The next image i can capture is the offical offside replay. There the ball is on the same height as the uruguayan defender running in towards Sneijder and thus gives an incorrect capture of the moment.
