I don't think so. Murray has been playing way too strong, and he has recent history against Raonic. Beat him in Australian Open, and also beat him in Queens.
It'll be close, though.
Also also, if Murray doesn't win, it is going to ruin his reputation. He has been (un)fortunate enough to have only played Federer and Djokovic in slam finals, meaning he is universally considered to have the toughest end of the stick. Now that he is playing a final against someone other than those two (or Nadal), he has the chance to prove that he is not a choker and has unfortunately been drawn against two of the greatest players ever in finals.
So basically, Murray has to win otherwise he's a choking little ****.
