Do you agree with Boris Becker?

Talk about anything related to the ATP and WTA tours.

You think it would matter if Murray would take a GS winner as a coach.

Give him the edge to win one?

No. I don't think so. That is Boris being cocky.

There are plenty of GS winners that didn't have a GS winner on their stuff.

If you ask me, its crap.

If you, me and the rest of the world can diagnose Murray's problem, so can any coach and so he himself. His problem is not in "heart", "mind" or anything like that - its tactics. Not to say that with right tactics he still may have a "head" issue and not to say that his lack of aggressiveness IS "head" issue.

He has enough in him, enough tools to win multiple GS titles. He does need someone new in his camp, but not necessarily a GS winner, rather a coach, any coach, that Murray will listen to. ...and change up his game.
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

Becker probably just spawned another bastard child and needs to take a new job to pay for the child support.

Nadal , is now hurt , I blame Federer for it , as playing those long finals probably took a toll on the Spaniers body , Federer , trough his superior more effortless technique was able to take less abuse .

I honestly think Nadal is done , for Nadal to keep playing he will need to change his game style , and by doing so it will turn Nadal into just another player Federer can roll over .

I'm sorry to say this but I think this will be the year that Federer completes his Grand Slam , winning all 4 mayors and leaving a painfully hard record to break.

:?: :?: :?: :?: Boris Becker??, i hope you´re wrong btw

Yea. If that reasoning were to be viable, he same can be said about Rafa doing the same to Federer's body . . . perhaps why Federer is struggling with his backhand more than his forehand.

He played 5 sets against Acauso, Haas and Del Po, i mean this is not like playing in Wimbledon where he can reach the final without having to play a 5 sets match.
I´m not quite sure but i think that against Acauso and Haas, he saved match points(not sure though).
That said...he´s one of the favour¡tes, no doubt about it

Federer's road to the final at RG last year was very tough indeed but against Acasuso he actually won in 4 sets and he did not have to save a match point last year in the whole tournament (against Haas he had to save a very important break point though in the 3rd set which would have given Haas the opportunity to serve for the match had he won it but Federer hit a great forehand inside-out winner).
It actually seemed to get more unlikely every year that Federer would win the Grand Slam since he was also beaten on hard and grass courts and not only by Nadal on clay, but I really believe he has a good shot this year, especially if you consider that he was only 2 sets away from winning it all last year and he should have really won both of these finals.
However, it is still a long way, especially Nadal at RG would not be easy, but all the pressure of beating Sampras' record and finally winning RG is off him now and he should be more relaxed than ever and his game in his last 2.5 matches at the AO was awesome and shows he is still in a different class than the others when he is at his best.

that´s true, 4 sets, thanks for pointing that out, i was convinced he played 5 against Acasuso
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.
