This is the first Qualifier tournament for the e-sport offline event schauinsland-reisen Bay Open organized by Play Bay (https://www.playbay.gg).

The qualifiers and offline event will mainly use ITST usual Top Spin 2k25 rulebook.
This is played with your custom MyPlayer and usual ITST rules.

REGION & SIGN UP:

- This offline event is restricted to EU players only, so are both Qualifiers. Any non EU participant will be removed from the sign up list.

- You can sign up only one of the two Qualifiers for this event, either Qualifier 1 or Qualifier 2, so choose your date wisely depending on your availabilities. => If a participant signs up for both Qualifiers, these sign ups will be deleted.

DATES & DEADLINES:

Qualifier 1 draw will be created 04 Oct'24 in the evening (CET). The tournament will start the 05 Oct'24 and will end the 12 Oct'24, with shortened deadlines as follow :

- R64: 05 Oct'24 (1 day to play)
- R32: 06 Oct'24 (1 day to play)
- R16: 07 Oct'24 (1 day to play)
- QF:  08 Oct'24 (1 day to play)
- SF: from 09 Oct'24 to 10 Oct'24 (2 days to play)
- Final: from 11 Oct'24 to 12 Oct'24 (2 days to play)

eg: if you see other dates reported on the website or in this tournament pages, do not take these in account (the system automate dates and deadlines according to the draw sizes, but we won't use the default ones as mentionned above.

DISCORD:

Presence on Discord is mandatory for all participants, for practical purposes and to ease communication.
A dedicated discord channel will be created for the qualfiers.
Participants should double check their personal profile on the ITST website and update it with their discord_id by filling the provided field, so that their opponent & ITST staff can ping and communicate with them easily. => Join ITST Discord server
