ITST is happy to announce a collaboration with Play Bay, a gaming bootcamp and eSport center based in Hamburg, Germany!
Play Bay is organizing an offline event on TopSpin 2K25 called the schauinsland-reisen Bay Open. It will take place the 23rd of November 2024 in Hamburg at the Tennisstadion am Rothenbaum. It only concerns players residing in the EU (European Union) as Play Bay can only cover travel costs inside the EU (UK players accepted). They will cover the costs of the flight and also accommodate the players in a hotel. The players should arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. Drinks will be provided. Food is not included.
The LAN Finals start with a group phase. There are 2 groups. Each group contains 1 qualifier and 3 invited players. No seeding will be used. The groups are created randomly. The top 2 from each group advance to the playoffs. The group stage matches are played in best-of-3 mode. The playoffs are played in best-of-5, single elimination mode.

The Prize pool is set this way:
Total prize pool: 2.000€
1st. place: 1.000€
2nd. place: 500€
3rd.-4th. place: 250€
6 players have already been selected among our Singles ranking and Play Bay needs 2 additional qualifiers. We will then be hosting two qualifying tournaments for that event on our site: one starting the 5th of October, the second starting the 12th of October. Only players from the UE will be accepted in these tournaments. They will consist in classic BO3 with the same format as the one used for other ATP events. The tournaments will be played with MyPlayers as the offline event. The winner of each tournament will be considered as one of the two qualifiers Play Bay needs. Play Bay will announce the qualifiers tomorrow (26/09), we will open the sign-ups for these events at that moment.
Players must be at least 14 years old and can only sign up to one of the qualifying tournaments so choose your date wisely depending on your availabilities. Note that you will only have one week to play each of these tournaments with shortened deadlines for each round. We will have a dedicated discord channel for the qualifiers, and presence on discord is mandatory for all participants as Play Bay might need to communicate with players through this mean :

Participants should double check their personal profile on the ITST website and update it with their discord_id by filling the provided field, so that their opponent & ITST staff can ping and communicate with them easily.
Each tournament can welcome up to 64 players. Tournaments will be played on any clay court the game provides.
