Cheesy tactics

Hi, I'm quite new on itst and wondering why spamming slice returns on serves during games in tournaments doesn't appear in the rules section of the site? Can it not be considered as cheesy then together with spamming lobs or drop shots? Because I feel like it really gives an unfair advantage to the player doing it to break their opponents serve
