Definitely yes. Haven't played any Virtua Tennis though.

Could be difficult to arrange matches though..

It is definitely possible. Maybe allow a little extra time and a substitution if you partner gets "injured" mid tournament.

Doubles matches are not impossible to schedule, trust me I know. The host will have to be lenient at times and perhaps offer some extensions when needed.

Other than that, the matches can be played. Also, if there were to be four console doubles' ability, then it is very easy to substitute a lazy partner for another one. :P

Doubles are definetly great, but i would like to see how is that Virtua Tennis game, i mean i wanna check if it´s too much arcade or not.
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

If we do have a doubles tour, I would again suggest that we keep it to Grand Slam and Masters events only. It just seems to be too much to ask to have players consistently schedule doubles matches week after week. Having 14 events a year would keep the tour fresh and consistent enough to not lose viability.

By the way Djarvik, what was the highest doubles ranking you achieved in VT3? I never saw you online when I used to play.

Same here. I loved playing 2 up in doubles even though it was easier not to. I played some with Tidus (another ITST member who hasn't been around much lately) and we were awesome at 2 up.

I think I broke into the top 200 and was nearing the top 100. But the guys up there usually used bugs a lot, or the other ones were just really awesome at getting smashes back.
