Just as I expected, great performance by Djokovic, low performance (or far from the best at all) from Federer, mainly on important moments, lots of unforced errors. I suppose he is not expecting to win RG playing like this...
I said that 2008 will be a tough year for Federer last year. I am not surprised that he lost his match at the Australian Open. Pete Sampras is going to watch Federer at the US Open 2008 to see him break the all-time grand slam record.
I do not know. Federer may stay at 12 or only have 13 grand slams (providing he wins Wimbledon again). I do not think he will win the US Open. There are better hard court players than him. If Federer does not play like the Federer we have seen about four years ago, then it is good-bye on the hard courts for him.
