difference men's singles vs men's singles pro

Hello,

I'm new to ITST, and i see there are tournaments MS pro and not pro to sign up.
Can someone explain to me the difference in short please.

MS PRO: You can use only pro players (Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, Agassi ecc.).
MS Singles: You can use only players u create by yourself in the game.

During the same tournament, you have to use the same pro player (u choose it before the tournament starts, when you sign up) in every match.
During a Men's Singles tournament, you can switch your created player between a match and another (for instance: if u use Player A in R16 and win, you can use Player B, or C or D, in QF).

Hi Iceman,

That's no correct : you're not allowed to change player between rounds in MS tournaments. Fact is there's no way to control if a player change or not of set up between 2 games, but rules are that's you're not supposed to do that.

Maybe we should have to say on a special thread which player we use for a tournament. Like this, everybody could see it and nobody could change of player during a tournament .

Can I switch players during a tournament or a season?
Yes. You can use as many of your created players as you want during a tournament or during the ITST season. It is completely your choice. You cannot however, change players during a match if your game crashes & you agree to restart it from the score. Also you cannot use any of the pro characters like Sampras or Hewitt at any time during the ITST season.

However, I thought I had already read here some words by Djarvik or Cro telling someone he had to keep the same player all a MS tournament long. Maybe am I mistaking...

I don't know, it can be.
But if I read the ITST rulebook there is no mention about not changing player during MS tournaments.
And if I read the FAQs, they say u can, so...
