Anyways I think it's gonna be nadal in 4 with same old story of federer winning the first set and then losing the next three
I agree with your prediction, Ali. If Fed was playing like last months, I would have said Nadal in straights. In fact, he's more playing like 6 or 7 years ago, when he often won first set vs Rafa playing tennis from another world (remember his 6-1 to Nadal at Roland Garros in 2006, before crumbling... it was kind of tennis lesson given by an E.T to Rafa... problemn of tennis lessons is that they usually don't last same duration than a best-of-5 game
). So yeah, Fed will win first set then will probably be crushed by the unstoppable spanish truck).
Further more, I unfortunately have to agree with Robbin92 who think that with Stan victory vs Nole (so much deserved win, by the way...), final game risks being uninteresting. Last (few) examples of guys reaching their first GC final after years on the tour are not reassuring : Gonzalez, Soderling (even if it's twice for him), Berdych... Wawrinka is more in a situation similar to that guys' than in Del Potro situation when he won quite surprisingly US Open in 2010, at only 21.
Hope I'm wrong, 'cause final game will be one of the only matches I'll be able to watch (other ones were last week-end) at this OA edition.
