Control Shots destroys L Analog stick...

Since creating the Radwanska character I acquired pretty descent control shots but it has done quite a number on my L analog stick. So during a particular match I was forced to use the d-pad to try and attempt to play a match today...however had to forfeit because my shots were going all over the place. Has anyone else had this problem? My analog stick won't snap back into place and I didn't want to not play but tried my best with the d-pad but ended up losing the 1st set badly and couldn't close out the 2nd set because my serve was so inconsistent...I ultimately retired.

i just use my other controller that has a less worn L-stick and if eevn it wears out i'll ride it out or buy a new one
