I don't think that he want to be a captain of a team, I think he want to join a team as a Xbox player.

Captains have the same rights like the other members from the team in playing matches! The different is this, that they are organising much more and the other members of the team have much more respect to the captain!

Sounds good to me! So if I have myself on XBox, another Xbox player, a PS3 player and a TE elbow player is that enough to enter a team?
