Can I sign up for both a pro and a normal tournament?

It says I can sign up for a singles and a sim, but its not clear about a pro and a singles?

The tournaments I'm wondering about are the Campbell's Hall Of Fame Tennis Championships Men's single, and the Campelll's Hall Of Fame Tennis Championships (Pro Tour).

Also I haven't seen any sim tournaments? Is that the same as a normal men's single?

Yes you can sign-in ;)

The pro tour is a replacement of the previous Sim Tour. The ranking of the Sim Tour is anyway taken in account for the seeds etc.
