If Murray can make it past his quarter then he's already 50% through.

BTW did you guys follow Simon bitching about equal pay for women and men in grand slams? I mean Simon of all people who always draws the biggest crowds.

In something very unrelated. Did you sleep well last night Al?

 I slept well

It wasn't a choke either. Jerzy Shore was serving well and going for broke, much like Gulbis.

Kinda sucks he lost. Just unlucky this time, didn't choke.

Stats are crazy!

Jerzy - Gulbis
47 Winners 74
31 Unforced errors 27
147 Total points won 152
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

Honestly - it doesn't add up. The serve usually holds longer then most other parts of the game. He is moving now better then he used to, hitting backhand better - but serves worse :?

Maybe he is concentrating his training mostly on the weaker parts of the game, where before he was trying to pad his strength. So he basically serving normal now.

I need proof this was not a fluke. He needs to enter a tournament next week and win 2 matches in a raw - then avatar is back! 8)

Speaking of big serves, Murray vs Karlo is on.

Yeah the serve is kind of like punching power in boxing, one of the last things to go. His backhand is alright now when before it was a disaster :D I did mention Stefanki as a lot of his charges seem to take a few MPH off to get a higher %. But you would still see him throw one in occasionally. Roddick rarely looks even capable of hitting a 150+ bomb now.

He's 5-3 in the 5th set, playing an awesome match, it's a shame that this is the typical player that will probably lost in straights against his next opponent, that said i'm watching this final ser and wow, no question about it he deserves to go through
He plays like Blake, all or nothing style, today is the "all" day

No choke. Nadal has always been vulnerable against big servers in the first week of Wimbledon, even Petzschner took him to five sets two years ago -- this time he could not escape.

Yep first weeks are never easy, to anyone, but he should've won the match, as usual, like i said Rosol played an extraordinary match, Nadal couldn't do anything and he served pretty well, 18-19 aces i think, very good stat for him
