My preferred tennis ball as well, they don't wear out quickly and have the same bounce and hit for a month. Then it starts getting softer and softer.

Played also with head team, championship and they are similar to the wilson team and us open. Also tried the australian open balls but the us open balls are the way to go if you don't want to change balls too often.

For a month ! Jesus how can you play so long with the same balls ? after a couple of matches my tennis balls are gone flat lol ...

And for me it is Penn , I dislike Dunlop , they are too fast off the can and go flat quickly , the titanium ones are good and they hold their pressure until suddenly pop they go , there is no gradual deflation like the others , but at least you get that new ball feel longer with them.

Still my ball is either the australian open or the us open. Some head balls are lurking around too :)

Played with babolat balls for the first time a couple weeks ago, really liked them. Didn't fluff up like wilson and kept pressure longer than penn. Now I just need to find a place that sells them. :?

I really don't get it why so many people like wilson balls. They go dead like after a couple of sets and feel heavy and dull even when they are just out of the can. From my experience bad quality control too as I've come across of quite a few ''bad'' balls.
My personal favorite are Slazenger Championship/ultra-vis.Best combination of durability in bounce, felt and feel.
Prince NX-tour series I found to be the most durable balls as bounce is concerned, but they lose their felt very quickly and have poor feel thereafter.
I bought a box of Babolat All-courts and RG Clay balls lately. The all-courts are quite decent actually.

I have to agree, to be able to last with one for every 2 months is not bad. I remember a couple of youngsters playing with training balls and they would usually whack it out and leave the ball really rugged after which is not that great for training balls.

I have always liked the US Open Series as well.
