Aha, Fabregas get deflowered by Marcelo's 'welcome-back-to-Spain-man' tackle, that was delightful to see : D

Anyway, entertainly speaking that was great match, Real seems to fill the gap a little more after each matches.. Usually Mourinho's second year in a club is the best, I think they'll be campeones this year if they show a little more consistency to avoid being behind Barcelona before clasicos, and if no hard injuries occurs cause Real group's 'hard core" will be something like 20/21 players this year.. That's a lot of 'if' though : /

btw, Lyon won 3/1 Champion's League play-off first match against Rubin Kazan despite the fact they scored after 2min30.. Good match in attack despite they were 5 behind, Bastos was on fire : D
No errors in second match and we'll be in CL for the 12th year in a row o/

Possibly but this is a strange move as he could of gone to other English clubs and it's not usual that English players go abroad.

Lille didn't buy Joe Cole... He's for rent... (if it's the correct expression)
So I guess he believes he will be able to do big things (Lille plays the Champion's league), and show himself enough to play at the World Cup... And then maybe he will do a big come back in one of the big 4 (5?, 6?) club from the English League...No?

Which are those other clubs? Villa or perhaps QPR? Which other Premiership clubs have made a bid for him?

The way I see it is that he'll be starting over fresh in a different country. That might prove to be exactly what he needs for his career. He'll now also have the opportunity to play champions league football.
Not a strange move at all, imo.
