Being allowed coaches to counter 100 pt stats.

I of course was indeed one of the ones to complain about the overuse of TI/MD so ITST took our feedback and chose to ban coaches who attributed Monster Defense, etc. I think at the time this was a fair decision. I think however without regulating the stats of our created players, left us in a bit of a gray area. Now we have players who have 100 power, 100 speed 100 forehand and it seems to allow a bit of an advantage. Since we aren't allowed to view stats before hand then choose which player to use, many matches are becoming one sided without the level of competition that once made ITST what it is. Indeed there is now a SIM tour, but for WS players we still have to deal with these issues for now. I'm asking management to please consider allowing ITST members to use any coach available or to consider regulating our stats. 39 low to 80 or 85 high since most use this setup anyway or something else.

i agree, but 39-85 is too much imo, a max 90 should be enough

or... we find a solution to be able to see how points were spent and go for a "at least 2 points spent in every style" . using the SIM signup system it should be possible to make ppl sign up with mentioning "3/2/15 - coach Master Yoda"

then it would be up to players to check with calculator if they have a doubt

Agreed we cant let sleeping dogs lie it would work i beat a guy who used rabari 80fh 70bh 86power three times back to back on world tour using bickham with orange on both wings and is was a fair match he had more power than me but it was the determining factor in the ,atch once i figured him out his power became almost a none issue so 85 power i think will work . so djarvik what are the factors and issues that need to be addressed b4 something like this can come into effect

Yeah, I agree with this...each stat could have a minimum number or max number like nothing lower than 4 or higher than 10

Bluddy that is what I was trying to say a long time ago but no one would listen with those types of numbers on the style type of player and u can still be all those kind of players with lower numbers

I remember Mystery...you and I even played with Bronze coaches and it was way more competitive. Hopefully we all can come up with a way to assure competitive play again without promoting unfair advantages.

I can't really comment on reintroducing the banned coaches because I've never used them and didn't see what the tour was like when they were around, but regarding regulating setups further, I voted 'no the way it is now is fine' although that doesn't really sum up my thoughts on it exactly..

If there was an option for 'i don't think further regulating setups will help' then i'd choose that one. No matter which way it's done, whether it's banning coaches directly or indirectly via stat/build limitations, there'd still be problems. In the best case scenario it might get rid of the strongest tier of setups and in its place create a new top tier of setups which people would gravitate towards, and some of the people who want to use someone different (and even some of the ones who don't) will still complain. Worst case scenario is it'll eliminate some of the strongest setups but leave one or two of the other ones (rabari?), and there'll be hell on.

I do agree it's a shame that some setups can't really compete, but unfortunately I think that's just the nature of video games...

Well, in my oppinion everything's fine the way it is.

For me It just should be a stat limiation like "It is not allowed to have 90 or more for example in both Groundstrokes"...

85 should be the best overall. But I have no problem with it, if for example someone has a 50 FH and a 92 Backhand or something like this.....

But if she brought out that 0 18 2 player I would of quit. Her player numbers were 3 7 &10 and my numbers were 5 7 &8

Apologies, but that got to be one of the funniest things i have ever read, just beacause you dont know me im not entitled to have an opinion and post here???

Please get over yourself and keep playing AA on regular tourn and keep getting smashed on tournaments, people who want to actually win will use the top-tier builds like Welch, Rabari, Babb, Kelly, this isnt a problem the problem is people who think just because they wanna play AA everyone else has to play it too.
