Hi!
Just would like to know why OuiMrBerson has been banned?

Speaking to him he made a complaint and accused a certain player of cheesy play (I agree with berson).then the host said that they had proof he's not and suspended berson.

Having played berson a lot I think he's one of the fairest guys on tour and hes not that kind of player to accuse anyone without some true to it. I think it was unfair to suspend him.

He may be fair, but his arrogance and attitude is ridiculous. No respect for anyone. Personally, I applaud the management for standing up for themselves and not being intimidated by his #1 ranking and banning him. I hope he learns a lesson.

What a joke. People complain about him?!he is 100% fair that is not the reason.he is the Best Player. Kids are Jealous. Come on itst are you kidding me!!!!!! Here are so many cheasy Kids and they can do what they want and nothing Happens!Mr berson is fair and a nice Person.
i quitt playing ts4 2months ago bc of cheasy playing many Players complain about the Same people here and what Happens??? Nothing now im back on this Side and berson is banned? crazy

I played the guy that berson complained about and having talked to berson
I agreed totally that he is cheesy and is a cheat.dapery is right what about the real cheesy players that get away with it.

I know right??? What the hell he's such a nice guy!! Always plays fair and is so freakin good too! Im sure if he complained about someone it was justified since he's capable of beating everyone on tour. Plus why would someone be suspended for complaining about cheesy tactics?? If that were the case then I would be banned by now lol. If someone constantly uses cheesy tactics against me throughout the whole match i file a complaint against them whether i win or lose lol. Oh well. I guess the US Open is wide open now! I bet he probably would have won it. Its too bad

On a different note i feel like this would probably be the equivalent of someone like Djokovic, Nadal, or Federer being suspended from tour for substance abuse or something like that lol.

Bottom line - he submitted a complaint about a player, that player happened to record a match and submit a video evidence to us. Berson's complaint was VERY specific. Upon review of the recording, not only his complaint was completely made up, but he himself is breaking the rules in that video. Hence he is suspended for 2 weeks.

Submitting false reports as well as false match scores are the worst violations in ITST.

We are also extremely taken back but what is happening in French Davis cup thread. Not only there are insults being posted to Host and members, but we have also revived complaints from French speaking members about that thread. We are looking into the matter now, site and forum violations will be addressed.

Now that I have answered original question in this thread, I will close it. Any further threads on the subject of Bersosn's suspension (not ban) will be locked or deleted.
