What means "PRSUSPENDED"?

One of my next opponents on ITST, RajA GriNGo of Puerto Rico, is according to his profile "PRSUSPENDED".

1) What does it mean?

2) Should i play vs him or not?

Example: A suspended Cop is out of police business...is RajA GriNGo out of ITST business?

He is suspended from ITST for a period of two weeks. You will be getting a WO into the next round.
