Conexion problem

Yesterday I couldn't connect to world tour (Top spin 4 server are not aviable at the moment). And when I Play a ITST match, the game stop normally when I serve. I don't understand if this is a problem of my xbox, spanish xbox live or conexion problem.... (when the match stopped the internet conexion is fine) help please!! (sorry for my english)

don't worry mate, i've got the same problem yesterday, image got frozen when i was serving, haven't tried yet but i bet it's already fine today

Same problem, send an email to 2K with a screen, as I did

Personally it was when i served a "top spin" serve and just during a matchmaking game

Hi, djarvik I already tried to clear cache and reinstall, but the problem was not solved.... I 'm going to wait, and this afternoon I'm going to contact with 2k with this problem.

Do you use USB drives? If yes, Try clearing cache from all of them as well, it helped me.

Let us know what 2k says :wink:

Hi, I don't use USB drives. I sent mail from Technical Support of 2k sport. I'm waitting their answer. I can play other games in xboxlive without problems....

I had the problem yesterday too. And of course I have lost my 2 first matches yesterday.
But today, I played a match and it seems to work! I've served like this a lot during the match without any problem.

I sometimes have this problem in custom games. But the weird thing was, it only happened when my opponent was hosting. I suggested to give it a try hosting myself and it worked out

Btw, for me its the slice-serve, so i guess it has sth to do with the animation?

Yes, My problem is the same, if I serve with analogic no problem, but when I use buttom to serve the game freeze. I still can't enter the world tour....
