hi, does anyone know any shortcuts to quickly create a player up to level 20?

no. Play a sparring partner training match in world tour. When you win you unlock 50,000XP quick build creator.

Just to make it clear, you have to first get a player all the way to level 20 before there is a shortcut mode. The fastest way to get your first player to level 20 is to put the career on super easy and shortest matchmode (I think it is tiebreak mode). It will take you about 2 hours.

After that, play one exhibition match with your level 20 player and you unluck the quick create mode, where you can basically create a level 20 player in 1 minute.
