My record for ITST is 1-5 (one walkover for loss)......how can I improve.

perfect timing is what makes you a winner, and when you're behind the baseline and not in the tramlines, try not to make short shots unless its a drop shot. And then its the tactics, fooling the opponent. control shots are a must.
