It takes some practice to get the best timing though, just practice with it :) Dont give in to those offense baseliner noobs. They're just attackers without the balls to come to the net

My Sv player has the stats

FH 63
BH 46
SRV 97
VOL 86
POW 54
STA 52
SPE 60
REF 87

With volley shot artist and monster defence skills.
I knw tht coach aja golakov you shuld go with this setup though 15 sv 5 dfb so you have better speed and stamina and instead of FH 68 and BH 51 so you have and at least one strength

You're always going to need Matthew Grody if you want to play like that. This setup looks good to me. I used this coach too with more power and less volley/reflexes but I feel I didn't perform well enough at the net with that.

And indeed these rules look good for s&v'ing so I'm looking to pick that up again.

your better of with 7,5,,8 unless you want huge power 66pw is good enough if you want to be an all rounder and if your brave my you groundstrokes FH 81 BH 51 so you have a weapon unless having two solid wings is important to you

My S&V female player is already in the quarters at the French Open here -- just made up a male S&V to use because I enjoy it and I've gotten pretty good.

i beat two tsi/md players serve volleying and i finally figured how to use 18/2 michael kelly fh 70 bh 70 serve 78 volley 94 power 40 stamina 52 speed 63 reflex 84 the trick is to take the return early then chip charge and when in railles take the ball early and attack the net always

That ridiculous 'twirl' volley is costing me matches, man. Its not like i'm even in a bad position, and i get perfect timing, yet i hit this dumbass spin thing with zero placement and no chance in hell of recovering.

This is the exact same set-up I have with my female player. My male player is a little different, although he has the same coach.

Also, the twirl volley is absurd. I've lost a lot of points where I hit a perfect volley, but since it takes them 3 seconds to recover from it, my opponent has a wide open court and can just tap it in.
