Just played Rich and Ed doubles.

They got of with a flying start and came to 3-0 but we managed to overcome the shock of our first online match. And got back and won the set 7-5 . Then all went wrong lost 1-6 and in the third got it back again but still lost 5-7.

They were great. Good reflexes at the net , well thought out tactics etc etc.
But the doubles on TS4 just really work.
Great fun. We were actually screaming and hitting eachother .
Way more exciting then the singles for me atleast. As I have been playing singles for uhm......100 years ??

So for everyone who has the chance. Join the doubles tour.

Was a really good match Me and Ed spent the afternoon practicing and drinking beer so when it came to our match we were both pretty focussed. We still ended up shouting at each other and getting fairly stressed out. We had awesome fun though with some crazy rallies. Thanks for the match guys. Doubles is really cool - we were still playing at 3am last night. I played so much my thumbs feel burnt today.

Also for anyone considering getting into doubles you can use any
usb stick as a memory card and move your players over to a mate's xbox easily.

Also Anil - get a headset mate - doubles will surely be more fun if we are all on chat.

Seriiously though, I will try to look at some doubles matches . I need some more inspiration . We were really just playing without anything. And Domenico needs some improvement from the baseline and me my reflexes at the net.
