Man, sometimes I really love tennis! It's funny how sometimes something just clicks and you really figure something out.
I've been working with a coach on my serve for a while now. Lately we've been working on a loose wrist by having it bent at all positions as we work through the steps in the service motion. Today I was practicing on my own and figured out that just before my racket drops at the top of the first loop my wrist should STILL be bent. It made a HUGE difference today as I was hitting some awesome kick serves and felt no pressure on parts of my arm where I usually feel it when going for a flat serve.
Just had to share
By the way, I've been using Luxilon ALU Big Banger poly strings all the way through for over a year now. Haven't had any complaints.
