I'll do my best guess for the stats
FH: 86
BH: 66
Volley: 39
Serve: 66
Power: 88
Stamina: 87
Speed: 60
Reflex: 60

Thanks.

Powerful stuff.

Yeah, the only problem is the speed and reflexes. I get burned sometimes, but I can definitely win some points on sheer power. My serving is fine. I can hit 130mph sometimes, and I pulled out 10 aces against Anil in our 3 set match last night. 66 is definitely high enough for me as long as the power is up there.

I tried your setup before, that's why I asked. Honestly, I found it a bit too powerful. It feels great, for sure.... but I was making Gulbis and needed a bit more on serve and volley. So I ended up going 1-12-7 with a coach for volleys.

Granted, he has no 88 power (rather 81) so it is not as easier accessible, but if I time his FH well BOOM! then come to net to finish....feels great. :P

Try this one:

10-5-5 hire Magnus Golgolja

You should end up with:

- Amazing First Volley
- Approach shot expert

FH- 70
BH- 50
SRV- 85 (73+ 12 coach)
VOL- 72 (59 + 13 coach)
POW- 55
STA- 65
SPE- 77 (64+ 13 coach)
REF- 71 (64+ 7 coach)

My reasoning: You must have the Amazing First Volley on SV setup. Makes a world of difference. Approach shot expert will function just as good as Semi-volley king if you keep the R1 pressed and get caught in no-mans-land.

Personally, I like the low volley specialist skill. Low volleys are the hardest to hit but this skill really helps. And that's not only on the first volley but all low volleys.

with the computer do you ever get involved in a pit-pat tapping match with the CPU? the ball falls too low to hit a proper volley yet they dont have the power to hit hard.

I will try that out Dj thanks.

Is it at all possible, like thru a special coach, to get Roddick serve animation? Why did 2k not make it available in player creator? I don't get it...

Roddick serve was easily the most popular in TS3!

Same here. Roddick was rare, and thank god for that! No offense DRII, but in TS3 this serve was glitchy. Althou I do think they should have included it in TS4 ..... maybe a DLC later on, since it is in the game.

You can sign me up for this for the PS3. If Robin Soderling isn't an offensive baseliner, then nobody is!

Stats are:

3*SV, 16*OFB, 1DFB

FH - 79 (69 + 10)
BH - 69 (59 + 10)
SRV - 85 (80 + 5)
VOL - 50
POW - 85 (72 + 13)
STA - 72 (65 + 7)
SPD - 47
REF - 58

I think these stats reflect Soderling pretty well.

Guess I'm singing up for this club on 360.

Player type:
S&V: 4
OBL: 10
DBL: 6

Attributes:
FOREHAND - 75 (63+12)
BACKHAND - 68 (63+5)
SERVE - 72
VOLLEY - 50
POWER - 70 (62+8)
STAMINA - 70
SPEED - 65 (62+3)
REFLEXES - 70 (58+12)
Coach:Pavel Dlouhy (Return Serve Counter/Shot Counter)

Anyone think there's a better coach for me to use?
