Hi, Rules seem not to be clear to me. Is it allowed to sign up for "Family Circle Cup, 04 Apr'11 .. 20 Apr'11" and "Pereira, Colombia, 04 Apr'11 .. 20 Apr'11" as they are Women's and Men's tour tournaments? Thanks in advance!
