I think descent is way too much said. The guy has just played his second AO final in the row. Anyway, i m glad he lost in Rotterdam. I hope he'll loose in every first round of the next tournaments, until he changes his on court attitude and tennis.
Ban Djokovic forever!

something definitely happened at that final... He was just broken the whole match!!! He started getting into it and Djoko raised his level, then he just clammed up again!

Baghs is a great player and I admire his game and his drive to get better. He WANTS to win a grand slam title (look at him go here: http://www.atpworldtour.com/Tennis/Medi ... datis.aspx).

Murray needs to wake up...

Probably just a post-slam final loss hangover. I think we take for granted nowadays with ueber-consistent guys like Fed and Nadal how a lot of tennis pros can have off months and even years. I'm sure he'll (unfortunately) be back at top level soon.

The 23-year-old had intimated he would take a lengthy sabbatical after his extensive efforts in Australia last month, but instead opted to compete in the Netherlands in a tournament he won two years ago.
Despite his lack of preparation, he began his first-round encounter against the unseeded but lively Baghdatis in sparkling fashion.

wtf... Andy Murray is a great tennis player. He's accomplished more than my favorite Brit Tim Henman 10 years earlier in his career. TH may be more charismatic somehow (not sure exactly how, it's not like he's a movie star either), but I still don't understand the hate Murray gets here. Never have.

Blaming his style of play is a ridiculous reason to hate him.
Seriously. STFU and deal with him. Maybe he's not the most exciting player, but he's **** amazingly good at tennis.
So, seriously...

I like both murray and henman. Henman's game style was just classy, and for a fan of his and for a neutral tennis fan his matches, especially at wimbledoon had lots of drama. the closest murray has come to this is the comeback against gasquet at wimby 08

@emate - He is a great tennis player... I mean 4/5 in the world takes some darn good tennis! I personally wish he would take that fight and fire with him to these grand slam finals!!!! I always see him yelling "COME ON!!!" loudly and arrogantly in his other matches...so bring it to the SLAMS!!!

The way he melted against Djoko reminded me somewhat of Safina clamming up in her GS finals.

I don't hate Murray... he used to be my avatar lol!! But he NEEDS to get his mental game together in the slam finals. He has the game to get him to MANY more of them, so I'm sure it'll click eventually.

With Henman, us Brits were more hopeful than expectant that he would win a slam. With Murray it's the other way around. It will happen, it's just taking longer than we wanted.
