These two statements are incompatible. I agree with the first, mostly. Either make a totally bold unexpected move with some sort of ultimatum thrown in, or do nothing and drop contact altogether for a while.

Update. I couldn't help myself and called her. She will tell me tomorrow whetehr she wants/can meet me tomorrow and settle things. If she postpones it yet again, screw her. I'm feeling like shi t.

hope it all goes well for you man. Its strange, womens perceptions of men seem to change as they get older, so i've witnessed anyway. while you are young, say 30 or below the treat them mean, keep them keen adage seems to be the most reliable (generally). However, after that or maybe before depending on the type of girl the motto 'nice guys finish last' comes to the fore, i.e guys who are nice will get the good girls as the ones who aren't trapped with an ass will be fed up of guys who treat them badly. course there is a lot of variation here, my 2c though! I'm currently seeing a girl who is literally the most gorgeous thing in the world, but she has a baby. it would be no big deal but im only 22 myself and at uni or 'college' so dont have time to do the family thing, so i just let her know from the start that i really like her but i can't be expected to 'be a dad'. and its working out fine for now
