Usually we dont give points in tournaments that are not "official". With official i mean tournaments that are not played in the ATP tour.

But i guess as an extra incentive for the start of this tour points for this tournament are not a bad idea. I added them.

I think that was the trick Slicer! There are three more who joined the draw!! Yahoo! :D

Thngs changed for me, since I live on-campus. The connection is not as great as at home. :?

It is okay, but not superb! I will test things out and see if it is good enough to slide in a spot!

A bit of information about the warm-up tournament...

The first Full Ace Tennis tournament will begin on Monday, December 13th. The tournament will be the best of three sets; six games per set.

Since this is a warm-up tournament (not an official ATP event) we are allowing entrants to play with the demo-version of the game. Since the demo version allows you to play only one set, those with the demo will have to play two (or three) separate sets. The first to win two sets will advance.

The official Full Ace Tennis ITST tour will begin with the first ATP event on January 3rd. At this time, only people who have purchased the full version of the game will be able to enter tournaments. You can register for this tournament - the Qatar ExxonMobil Open - beginning Monday, December 20th.

If you are in need of additional information, send me a PM, or post your questions/concerns in this thread.

Management,

A bit of information I am aware of on Full Ace's forum. They like to use UTC timing for friendly matches.

We know that ITST encourages CET timing. I just thought it would be nice to perhaps send a email blast (or any way you guys want to handle it) notifying the newer members about this.

I posted the web link for CET timing on Full Ace's forum:
http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-z ... pean-time/

Perhaps, a thread coming from management in this regard would not hurt either?

It's up to you all though.

No Goa. Members on Full Ace forum use UTC timing to schedule friendly matches.

My post above serves as an FYI to this truth in hopes of management getting them on the same page as us ITST members (as per match scheduling with CET time).

See for yourself, if you like of course:

http://forum.fullacetennis.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=252

After looking at this thread, you can see what I am talking about. Since they are new members, they may need to get updated on match scheduling procedures here.

Now, I have no worries about this, because it is in the care of management.

Q.Reese ,BY THE WAY,just to clarify ,
i watched into your link ,
http://forum.fullacetennis.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=252
and nobody mentioned till now he like to play the itst tournament with UTC time.not here -not in full ace tennis forum
in your link, the topic creator ppahv just give a possible model (raster)how the members can write their, name, available time, emailadress gameversion in the thread.
look here
ppahv wrote: Here is a possible model likely to be used :
- Nickname :
- Email adress (or MSN, AIM, Skype, etc.) :
- Availabilities (UTC) :
- Version (Demo/Full) :

thats the point why the most members used UTC time in their posts, including myself !!

Got it Slicer! :)

@Goa,

Model was created, and the model was followed. We have a different model here that we follow. That would be CET, hence my post here.

None to worry. Management will keep an eye out on it. Thanks any way man.
