I think Rafa's a great player but the fact that he uses a different hand for tennis is not such a great feat to have commentators and writers constantly blab on about how "OMG AMAZING HE CAN DO THAT"! It gets a bit tedious.

yeah not a big deal, i guess many players can do that or have that peculiarity, but if you´re Rafa or Federer everything is overestimated, the media always looking for something that makes them sell more magazines, newspapers,or whatever, everything related to those 2 guys goes on the front page...and yeah Sharapova can do that but female tennis can't be compared to male tennis in terms of generating expectation.

the same they said about federer last year when he lost the AO vs rafa, then he won back to back rg and wimby and rached the final of the USO.

Well it could be 4 still, I guess

Also I just notice you've changed it to win a grandslam, lowering expectations is a good idea.

Wow, Garcia-Lopez only got 1 break point, which he converted, whereas Nadal got 26, of which he converted 2.

Garcia-Lopez must be tested for drugs! No one ever won Gulbis AND Nadal in the same tournament, eva! This accomplishment is equivalent to a Golden Slam really.
