Maybe serve and volley doesnt work so well these days, but the all court game definetely does, if your sv'ing about 25%, keeping a 1st serve % of 75% and use effective slice and net approaches, you'l be very tough to beat. Othe examples are navarro-murray, who had success against one of the best returners out there, and mahut-cilic, who took a set.
