need some infos about powerups.
how they work- in which way -which color is the best? and whats the deal with the fans ?
sadly i have no booklet to watch
and in the game himself you got way to less informations about -
mean i think i can figure it out with the time himself - ,but that needs alot of time , maybe someone can give me faster informations about??

I played a lot at the Blur Demo (xbox live)!
A lot of fun! (i had same fun when i was 1 or 20! )
The bonus are really easy to use : You can stock to 3 bonus at same time and you can switch them,drop them,use them...
Fans are to win cars,levels,bonus, and/or upgrade cars (if i remember right)...You obtain fans by sliding,winning,hitting opponents (combos are good!when you hit successfully with your 3 bonus! )
Great game! (but i only played the demo-still have it,and maybe i'll buy it but later...waaayyy later - i still have a lot of games to finish!)

same by me -i have so much games to finish and way to less time to play

and at all i loose more and more the fun in generelly playing videogames.
thats the dissadvandage whenn you have the possibiltity to play every game .
at end of the day ,all games (genre) are the same - mostly 90 % of time i have the feeling "oh this i know from earlier games -this i saw that often before in another game""
thats a boring feeling after a while .

only sometimes you got new game experiences like in ALAN WAKE or RED DEAD REDEMPTION.

i raced now a few competitions in carriere mode and it makes really fun to play ,the graphik is very clear and very good - only till now i didn´t reralized what are the best powerups and what they do exactly .

i think i will figuring this out soon

Yeah I can definately relate to 'too many games not enough time'
The thing is then not to buy every single new release that comes out.
Try and be selective (easier said than done, I know )

And as with you, GOA, I've also become quite bored with the modern stuff. But at least then in my case I've got a decent selection of much older games that I can play. So that's what I do if I get bored with the new stuff. I pop in either a classic NeoGeo, Sega Saturn or games from that time period. I mean you can't go wrong with some of those classics.

By the way, one new game that I am definately looking forward to is Mafia II. The first game was just all kinds of awesome! (except for that racing stage. I could never beat that without using cheats ).

Also, be on the lookout for 'L.A. Noire' from Rockstar games. Looking forward to that one as well.

yeah -thats a good thing.
i think i will try to play my favorites classic games on older consoles
-mean you have a much bigger possibillity to play older classic bombs with your tousends of retro consoles and games .
i only have 2 old xboxes with circa 100 games on the hard drive !!

in moment i start playing a new game,when i don´t like it i stopp playing after 30 minutes and i put it in my big game locker . in last time this happens so often . playing 30 minutes and than i never played it again .


about MAFIA 2 i see it in same way than you - it will be a game what really interrested me - i really hope for a good game !!
i´m sure we will not get dissapointed from MAFIA 2 .



hey matheja ,i need definitifly help in that game (BLUR ) coz i see no land
i like the game and i will play it longer than 30 minutes
but forward i can´t fuguring out -what the powerups do at all .
mostly when i start a powerup i earn no effect or i simple can´t see what the effect is .

maybe someone know a side in internet where i can found booklets from xbox 360 games ??
any help would be nice

Really? lol It didn't seem to be that hard to me when i tried it!Haha!Goa...C'mon!
I hardly remember but you have the purple one is cool (cars near to you are blown away),you have the "violet" one (bullets,you have to aim a bit),you have the white one (shield),the yellow (repair), a red (energy bomb that hit a guy at a better place than you) and the green one (speed)...
You can keep them,exchange them,drop one to get a new one..etc...It's really like Mario Kart Goa!Don't worry,it's easy and very "intuitive" ,you will see!

Brinks looks interesting!...Awesome cinematic!!!I watched some gameplay previews and the way you move looks interesting (You can reach spots by just pressing a button before running to it,it will "automaticly" take the shortest/easiest way to go to it)...But it also looks a lot like modern warfare 2 :

i readed somewhere it comes out september 2010 but i don´t know its true or not
i feel the setting looks more from BORDERLAND than from modern warfare2

i was waiting for red dead redemption....but looks like rockstar made several mistakes on the characters....like old ladies in the game have the mouth of a donkey and several other mistakes...

Hmm, i haven't played the game so I can't comment on flying horses or the donkey mouth syndrome. But I love open world games from rockstar, and the Western theme sits right by me.
