Seriously speaking i can´t name only one favorite team to win the World Cup, but i trust european teams (England, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, not sure about France though) more than Brasil or Argentine.
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

5) hehehehehe España, saben que no pasan a los cuartos de final (Xavi e Iniesta, no tienen messi)

jotito really talks baseless ...

I've respect for Germany.. cause is the team that works quietly.. nobody talks to much about them.. but if you see the WC results.. they are always reaching Qfinal.. Sfinal.. so thats why I put them in the top 8 for sure

Spain "doesn't have messi" but have villa..

Also I know they enter the WC in the last match.. but i won't argue that cause they win the game they need to win so i give them that :tu... We on the other hand (Ecuador) lost the match we need to win (vs Uruguay) and lost the chance of another world cup...

ohh and btw Ecuador 2 - 0 Argentine.... Argentine 1 - 1 Ecuador... they couldn't win us 8)

its true what you say ROMAN .
i forward think argentina have good single artists but the problem i see with argentina is that they have no real grown team with a hirachie , -at all no team what work.
you saw that in qualification for WC!!
and in my opinion they have no good coach !!
how many player maradona let play for testing in his time ?
42 new player , when i remember right . thats ridicolous in front of a worldcup
the coach is so important in a WC -So important ,same like a good team

as example and proofing my words ,remember gus hiddink !

germany have no big stars in his team but we have a good team .
a real team - with a hirachie inside the team
and like you said we are a tournament team - thats our biggest strongness and of course we never give up .
i´,m sure we are good enough to reach minimum the QF this WORLDCUP

also i agree with moralspain - it give only 1 topfavorit at moment (spain) all other teams he mentioned had chances to play a good tournament with potenzial to surprising the world of football

when i take a look on the poll voting i must say our itst members are experts in football -most of them

  Thats why I put that u win the game u had to win... and we didn't... I just said that Argentine couldn't win us to teach jotito04 a lesson of humility and respect for other...

This forum is to talk about futbol and enjoy the different views... not to attack eachother... I know Argentine is a great team.. but i don't know how Diego is gonna make them work as a team.. hope the go far cause before maradona was coach Argentine was my original favorite.. dont know now..

My message was only to jotito04.. im not generalizing... I lived in Argentine and made good friends there... people like jotito04 is what damage the image (people like that damage the image of any country)

thats absolutly true - also a normal team can got during a tournament a special kick and can make a big quality jump with big surprises.
look us at 2006 .
we had no big team 2006 but we reach the SEMIFINALS

BTW: i also will say that i have nothing personally about argentina people .i like their menthality the food and esspecially the girls 8)

i don't know maybe we can surprise everybody and go far in the wc, but odds are definitely against us.

Germany in 2002 wasnt much different. Pretty crappy team if you ask me (besides Ballack, Kahn and Klose) but a real team. Germany is always a candidate. Never count them out, we learned that the hard way  .

I truely have hopes for Argentina (in spit of hate Diego.. sorry ) but with messi, milito, higuain, agüero... i mean at least QFinal...

Edited to add... Remember Brazil in 2002!!.. no one give them a vote for winning the WC... and they went "de menos a mas" (from less to more) an won it :D

this is absolutly correct -
2002 our team was a totally crappy no name team -we had kahn as our captain and rudi völler(coach) where flamed a teamspirit per excellance in our team - what shot our players far over their normal skilllevel - thats allways a strongness from germany .

Since 1970 ,without cordoba (argentina 1978) we allways reached the QF in WC

we are really a so called tournement team -

BTW: thanks roman for postting the pic- thats what i´m talking about -argentina girls are hot!!

nobody should judge argentina by what we did in the qualifications...

ill start naming some players...

romero, in an excellent level played only the last 3 matches i think..

otamendi didnt play a lot in the q. round, but played really good altough nobody really aknowleged that...as the two center backs are already settled he will play as a wing back on the right..but he is a center back

samuel didnt play a single game in the q. round!!

jonas gutierrez didnt play a lot either (he is still questioned since we have maxi rodriguez or sosa ex bayern munich to play there)

veron didnt play either since he was questioned in the national team for his performance in 2002...but now he was sub-champion of the world with estudiantes and was one minute away from beating the "all-mighty" barcelona..

di maría only played the last games, and is one of the best in the team..

higuain the same...played since the last matches and proved he fits in the team, even scored against germany..

and messi....oh messi we are still waiting for his level to appear in argentina, he really felt riquelme's abandonment form the natioanl team...
however i dont think he played badly against germany with all the starting players..

conclusion: nobody should judge argentina by what we did in the qualifications...

btw, a little bit from otamendi..i suppose no one has seen him play so i decided to tell you a little bit about him...

he was a substitute for velez at the beginnings of last year, but the starting center back got injured so he started playing from the 2nd match of the league..velez ended up being the champion and the team with the least goals against...

since then he played against brazil, against ecuador and colombia... and against uruguay as a wing back...he had played less than 20 matches in his career..

here is a video of his match against brazil which may make you understand how good he is and how much talent he's got for the future..
