So it looks like Barca now should take the title again this season, no?

For those that know the spanish league, what is the run-in like for both teams? Which of the two has the 'easier' remaining games left to play?

Barca has a slightly easier program ahead but its close. I put the position behind the other teams but this is subject to change of course. Some teams have played a match less. Its still a good indicator though.

UD Almeria(11)-Real Madrid
Real Madrid-Valencia(3)
Real Zaragoza(15)-Real Madrid
Real Madrid-Osasuna(13)
Real Mallorca(5)-Real Madrid
Real Madrid-Athletic de Bilbao(7)
Málaga(17)-Real Madrid

Barcelona-Deportivo La Coruña(9)
Espanyol(14)-Barcelona
Barcelona-Xerez(20)
Villarreal(6)-Barcelona
Barcelona-Tenerife(18 )
Sevilla(4)-Barcelona
Barcelona-Real Valladolid(19)

Thanks, Slicer.

Yeah, looking at the remaining fixtures, I agree that Barca have the advantage there.
3 out of their last five games will be to teams currently in the relegation zone. And those games will be at Camp Nou.
That 2nd last fixture v Sevilla might be a bit tricky away from home, but by then Barca might have already sealed the league.

Villarreal and Sevilla have always been a "hard nut to crack" for Barça.

the match was boring.
in first 60 minutes barca had 2 chances and shot 2 goals
was there a hand from messi by second goal ???
when it was hand it must be second yellow card, messi must leave the field .
when van der vart makes the goal madrid can come back,maybe-
but so barca win deserved after a few good more chances from pedro and messi.

i think it will be difficult for REAL to be champion this year .
barca is now favorite for the title-

a message to barcelona and madrid .

today karl heinz rummenigge (vize präsident bayern münchen )spoke out what all bayern fans will hear: ""RIBERY stay minimum till 2011 in münchen(end of contract) !!""

we (bayern münchen) don´t sell ribery!!
only when a club come and will pay 70 millions -than ribery can go !!
when nobody will pay this money - than he stay in munich till his contract end !

when the präsidium (hoeneß -rummenigge-höpfner) say : ribery can´t go -than he don´t go (remember last year ) .
he have a contract till 2011!!!

hopefully no club will pay so much money for ribery !!

maybe real madrid is crazy enough to pay so much money for ribery !??

BTW:thats why we hold ribery till end of his contract -
for all who ask how good ribery really is , watch this...............

real madrid beats valencia 2-0
so the primera division is forward exiting.
real is now 1 point behind barca.
cool final in primera division .

hey xavi ,what you think about this ROONEY deal ?
you think thats a good idear ?
mean madrid have higuain and benzema ,ronaldo, and acuna moreno and and and for offense

for what real will pay 107 millions for rooney ?
also REAL MADRID will villa and torres ???????

thats what i mean with bad politik.
as example when rooney come - they will sell benzema for 30 millions ?
or higuain ?
to change the team again and again is bad .to bring this egos together as a team is difficult enough ,but when every year new top egos come ,its worst !!
. let the team grow with the topplayer you have , maybe l madrid must buy new player . but player where are good for the team
for what madrid need rooney ?
give benzema a chance
as example next year maybe eto drogba , is the topscorer -than real will buy eto -drogba next year ,and so on .year per year .
thats not good for madrid
REAL is on of the biggest clubs in world -but to win titles they must change this behavior, no?

i´m really interrested how you see that as a big REAL MADRID fan
