I wait entire match, I played on insane and I literally did'nt win the first fourteen points. This game is new challenge for sure. I eventually had a couple break points but that was it. I lose 60 60 pretty easily.

I am the same level. Insane level for me is --- well insane.

i didnt have read the rules fully yet, isnt' it some luck draw system when a match is unplayable ?

This is precisely what he should do. In this case, the host may decide to do a series of "cointoss" to determine who moves on to the next round.

Also, I attest to your statement about his connection. It is true on my end too. It was a good thing that it was a practice match.

The only thing we can do in this case is to have you play with the lag, or do a cointoss. Since you both stopped after 1 game, I the assumed match was unplayable and I have done a cointoss.

Yea Rob. I told him that too, but I also said the second comment because of the times I have had laggy practice matches with jones' opponent as well. Of course, you cannot go wrong with a cointoss.
