Have Windows Movie Maker opened, then there should be a Capture video button (or similar), when you Easycap is plugged in (just like how you'd do it with the other software)... BUT, make sure you click on video settings and make sure your settings correct, I set it to RGB.

Also, to save time, there is a tick box saying import collections after capture finish, you DO NOT want to select that, so you don't have to wait for it to import at the end. You then import when you want to yourself (i.e. when you are ready to do the editing)

I'm away at the moment, but if you are still stuck when I get back, I'll talk you through it when I'm in front of my computer and capture card.

You've managed to record fifa so that's cool. The sync problem using the other software was probably because it is very demanding on the processor, and unless you have a new pc with fast processor, I don't think you can do anything about it with that software (same problem I had)...

The irony is, I have a new laptop, but the easycap was not compatible with Windows 7 LOL. So I have to capture using my gf's old laptop Windows XP (using Windows Media Player, as it is much quicker), then I transfer the video file to edit on my new laptop (again using WMP).
