You created your own Kazakh league, I just started in 2nd division of Malaysia with a real club. Went to Maylasia national team, Dutch national team, Sydney, Man City, Crystal Palace, Palermo, Sparta Prague, and now Fulham in 2023. Love it.
I think in FM2010 creating own leagues and teams is possbile.
Can't really be bothered by the stadium manager.

Yeah, created a kazakh league and took my created team to champions league victory, had a crap next season, got sacked, went to Solihull in the English Regional North and got them going decent. I have a problem with starting new things all the time
