is it possible to have the first round in tournaments the deadline be a saturday rather than a friday? i think this would give better opportunities for Americans to play Europeans---becuase if the first day available to play is a monday and the deadline is a friday its tough sometimes---can we have the deadlines pushed to saturday?

I like it, like right now i have to scheule a match with lodesiles and hes availble 2hrs a day!!!!

Im not availabe those 2 hours. Its freaking impossible

2 hours is not enough. what time ? in middle of night ,right?
2 hours,thats ridicolous .
your opponent must give you more time. minimum 4 hours daily.. write the host about this. its not your fault when he have only 2 hours !!

You should lists all the times you can play within the weekday (before the deadline).

my opponent is available from 11 to 12---thats one hour...lol....thats why i was asking can we have 1st rounds pushed to a saturday deadline

also to you. inform directly host. 1 hour is a bad tactic for shure . when you cant play in this hour ,than its not your fault that match is impossible. :lol:

but inform host directly about that.
thats also important for the future.than itst see where is useing this in a row ,as a cheesy tactic.

i dont think the deadline should be made on saturday as then loads of players wont bother playing till then when they easily could have and this would hold up the draw. HOWEVER i do feel that extensions should be given freely to those who cant play until saturday.

you must not ask for a extra day in 1 round. that not work
talk host that your opponent give you only 1 hour time to play itst maatch . this you must tell him, and that your opponent must give you minimum 2-3 hours, to a different time(daily) to scheduled your match . !!

Well the tournament hosts are pretty understanding. Like my match with Lodesiles, they realized that the tiemframe was small, plus he didnt show up at any of the times.

So needing more time, i dont know, but it would be nice.

I think that newer members will be more serious about playing their matches. Saturday is a perfect day to ensure that the first round is played.
