Forced gamertag change
When a forced gamertag change (name change) is imposed, you are prompted to select a new gamertag the next time that you try to sign in to Xbox LIVE. This step cannot be skipped. You must select a new gamertag before you can sign in.
A forced gamertag change is imposed when a gamertag is determined to be inappropriate by the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team. Examples of inappropriate gamertags include names that visually resemble, sound like, represent, hint at, abbreviate or insinuate any of the following:
•Profane words or phrases
•Topics or content of a sexual nature
•Hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic or religious slurs)
•Unlawful drugs or controlled substances
•Unlawful activities

They have some strange conditions for gamertags. I guess this is better than "don't ask, don't tell":

You may use the following terms to express your relationship orientation or gender identity in your profile or Gamertag:
Lesbian
Gay
Bi
Transgender
Straight
So maybe you can't use oDEVILISHo, but you could use "oBI TRANSGENDER LESBIANo".

Yeah I agree XBOX SUCKS! My last gamertag was IdSellMyDickForCrack and I got suspended.

I liked Devilish it was a cool name
Do you find it offensive ?
I have only had one guy on xbox live shout at me because of it(American) he went on and on about my gametag - it was wrong , i was going to burn in Hell etc etc ... i was like i dont believe in God on the Devil whats the problem buddy lol

No it's no Problem, but what you wanna do? If they say you have to change it then this is the only Option.

Ridiculous that Devilish is not allowed. I'd send a few inquiries, threaten law suit, whatever. If that doesn't work, I'd fly/drive to Redmond, Washington and let the air out of Bill Gates' tires.
