Hmmm this is wrong on so many levels "BUT" if it could me synthesized super cheap, like pennies/lb, and is actually safe, it could help out drastically in places where there is huge famine for a short term. But i thibk it should stay as an emergency famine relief food and not really on general sale.

1st of all I don't even fully believe that this is real and not some super-brilliant joke. I mean, lines like 'It's being called the "poop burger"', 'The researchers color the poop meat red with food coloring', and 'Initial tests have people saying it even tastes like beef.' seriously had me freakin ROLLING. I'm not lying, I laughed so hard I literally cried, just typing those last 3 quotes.

I get what they are saying. All it is is chemically extracted protein, just like faeces contains water. I imagine you could extract the water and purify it and it would be perfectly safe, but would you want to? sure as hell no.
