Woke up this morning with that song... "everybody was kung-fu fighting... OooooOOoOOoOoOooo..." blasting in my head lol.

The other day I ran into this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGaVUApDVuY from one of soundofsilence's posts and immediately fell in love with it (the yodeling slays me everytime...)

And this old classic for the paddy's (irish folk!) in the audience - more relevant if you've lived/loved in Dublin, but a great song anyways...!!

Bagatelle

and, sure while we're (well, i'm) on the auld paddy trail....

Paul Brady's The Island...perhaps some of the young 'uns haven't heard it before? Jaysis....I used to play piano in bar in Dublin....after closing and when we'd managed to get the bar to ourselves, this got the beltic-treatment mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny a time....still a great song...and again (like Lola!?), maybe even more relevant today....

...got me started now....!!!!

last one, m'kay??!

excusing the opening 40 seconds, this is one of my all time favourites, and indeed the song the band played as I walked my wife down the aisle (sick bags not provided...hey, it's late and i'm a little maudlin!)

Cyndi Lauper...Time After Time....

Couple days ago I woke up with the 'put the lime in the coconut' song playing on repeat in my head... WTF was I dreaming about? I have no idea how it got there.

I was dreaming this morning. Dont remember what exactly but the ending kinda creeped me out. My father was in the dream talking to someone else when he suddenly turned to me and started shouting In your head numerous times to me. I shocked awake to find my alarm clock had gone off with Zombie from the Cranberries on the radio...
