french help

i know there are some people in here that speak french.....im trying to use translator, but some parts are still not making sense to me.....

"entretien periodique "B" juin 2010 klaxon defectueux lumiere casse et autres ne fonctionne pas systeme d' allumage a remplacer roues (3) usees radiateur tres sale manque d' huile hydrolique"


is it saying to replace the wheels?? or replace the light and horn?? or replace all of them??

It says :
"Inspections B - June 2010"
Horns - broken
Lights - broken
Electrical Starting system - broken (i can't be more precise : words are lacking...It means that when you turn the key,nothing will happen)
3 wheels - broken/to be replace
Cooler - very dirty (i'm not sure about that translation,it could be heater or something else)
Hydrolic system - no more oil

It looks like a very good business....for stock cars!!! - hope it's not too expensive...
