True that.

They say a typical American football game (3+ hours long) has a grand total of 14 minutes of action - which is, by the way, 14 more minutes than the typical soccer match. :P

You are talking bull****

I have at least two exceptions to that :)

Both are liverpool matches, were played one week apart, were played this year and both finished 4-4

Thats 16 goals in two games there

This video makes it seem awesome-r

Those last two goals were scored in the last 3 minutes 8)

I think American Football is a great sport really fun, to play, good to watch, but it last to damn long man. I like the playbooks, the way you can have a lot of option of pulling a play... etc. Im sure its a lot of fun to play... may be only for the QB, WR and HB lol. But its really long to watch a damn game. By the way i really like the Green Bay Packers, Brett Favre rules, but i think he retired, right??

Twice now. But he wants to play again, so he never really retired.

I do not know why they wear skin-tight sportswear. They can wear shorts like you guys. :)

I guess you don't watch football Q. If they wear shorts then it's easiert to grab and talkle. That's why they are skin tight, so it's harder to grab. And Americans wear pads because they are getting talkled by 370 lbs trains. I wouldn't want to get hit by that with no pads.

So American football is tougher. Yeah :D

Yes, I do watch football (American lesser than European) a little. I was just joking. You got to give some props to the European football too.

I guess I would rather play for their football than ours.

I have literally never watched an entire football game. I think the action, strategy, lore/history etc etc is kinda fascinating (I actually own 2 'NFL Films' VHS tapes, one about the Ice Bowl and the other is 80's football), but the 'stop and go' aspect is what completely turns me off.

I am simply not interested in the game. The only reason why it struck a little interest in me is because of the Madden NFL football game my twin sister got Josh and I into.

Well thats exactly what i was trying to mean, the "stop and go" thing is just awful, and lots of advertisement too. By the way cant believe Brett Favre is gonna play in other team, thought he would retire in the team he made all his career.

well.....when you run the football...the clock will keep running which will help the game move faster....if you watch a game full of passing and see lots of incomplete passes then the clock will stop and cause the game to go on forever....basketball IMO has the most stop and go type of play....jesus everyother play i hear beeep beeep--thats a foul----sometimes the refs even blow the whistle off anticipation and there is no contact---I HATE WATCHING BASKETBALL!!!!!! and GO COWBOYS!!!
