Exactly and it looks bad even with just one clip as its obviously just a gore fest movie and basically boring

A special Thursday installment of Monday's installment of "Monday's Obscure Movie Recommendation"®©TM...

I'm not a huge fan of Roger Moore, but he's damn good in this damn good movie:

The skinny:

Released in 1980, Ffolkes (a.k.a. North Sea Hijack) is an action film starring Roger Moore, James Mason, Anthony Perkins, and Michael Parks.

This film was a vehicle for both Moore and Perkins to try to escape typecasting. Previously Moore had been practically typecast as a womanizing, happy-go-lucky playboy in such series as The Saint, The Persuaders! and James Bond. In contrast to those parts, he is shown here as a bearded, eccentric, arrogant cat-loving misogynist, yet he does show heroic qualities and is a master strategist. Moore once said in an interview that he preferred this film to all the James Bond movies he had starred in.

Box Office Take: $2,993,772

Conveniently enough, you can watch the entire flick (in 12 parts) on YouTube...

A great site for any movie fan...

http://www.moviemistakes.com/

A site dedicated to the recording of mistakes found in movies and television. It currently lists more than 87,818 mistakes, of which over 7,400 have pictures (illustrating the mistake).

You can waste many an hour at this site. I have. :P

One of the most quotable movies I've ever seen, right up there with Big Lebowski.

Oh, yeah I know the one you mean now... The one about harvesting synthetic body parts right? Yeah, that did look good. Want to see that myself.

Nolan is on fire. I haven't seen Inception, but I'm sure it's great.
