Don't know much about the Arabic language; but, with Google's translator, I got this much:

I originally wrote 'the streets will flow with the blood of the nonbelievers' but I wasn't sure if 'nonbeliever' translated directly to Arabic, so I wrote 'The streets will flow with the blood of those who do not believe'.
