No it's definitely not photoshopped. I'm telling you I used to see that exact thing, all the time. And nobody freaks out because everybody knows they're dolphins.

All I can tell you is that dolphins have curved dorsal fins and sharks have straight triangular dorsal fins.

Its definately a dolphin! Look at its face - it goes really thin. Pretty much all teh sharks that come ot the surface to play will have a thicker, more muscular head :L Not to mention the dorsal fin.... :roll:

Haha I tried to tell them!

Plus I can guarantee you if that was a shark, 1) That guy would not be that close to it and still swimming in the general direction of the shark and 2) The photographer (and everybody else) would have most definitely told that guy to get out of the water...he (the photographer) would not have taken the time to compose and shoot this obviously well-composed/exposed shot.

:D I live 10 minutes from the ocean...I've seen a few friggin dolphins in my day
